We process orders within 3-4 working days (unless stated otherwise on the 'Home' page, please see the notices banner for updates on processing times) and post via Royal Mail with a 2-3 working day lead time.  Postage starts at £2.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 48h standard large letter max weight 150g).

Small parcels (over 150g and up to 2kg) will be charged a shipping price of £3.99.  These will be calculated att checkout.

Large parcels (over 2kg and up to 10kg) will be charged a shipping price of £7.00.  These will be calculated at checkout.  

 

All purchases are carefully wrapped and posted in a padded mailing bag or recyclable box.  Jewellery comes on a standard jewellery card with embossed logo.  Jewellery boxes can be purchased at an additional charge.  Slates are wrapped in protective packaging.  Optional slate stands can be purchased at an additional cost.

 

Standard shipping is £2.99.  The service provided is Royal Mail Tracked 48h.  This is a 2-3 working day service from dispatch.  Please check shop announcement at the top of the website for turnaround time before dispatch.
